Every child deserves a warm meal, a good education and to feel safe and loved in their home. With your help we do our best to make that happen.

In 2007, we will continue to invest in the lives of children, teens and families in our community. Your gift now will help us serve them throughout the year.

The Lunchpail
Until a child’s basic human needs are met, we cannot hope to influence their lives. Your gift helps ensure that no child enters the classroom hungry, even when there is nothing to eat at home.

After School Programs
Kids need a safe place to go after school, where they can get help with their homework and can be active with sports and games. Your gift helps provide supervision, encouragement and fun in a safe and loving environment.

Summer Day Camp
Kids need a safe place to go in the summer where they can play, learn, relax and have fun. Your gift insures that children, age pre-school through High School, can attend a 9-week summer camp.
$89/week per child

Office Supplies
Having the right “tools” for a job is half the battle. It takes a lot of supplies to keep our children, teens and adults equipped to study, learn and be creative. Your gift helps keep our supply closet full.

Safe Transportation
For many children, being able to have a safe ride to Shepherd and then home again is critical. Your gift helps us maintain our vehicles and provide gas and insurance.

Family Support
Families take a lot of work. In an area where poverty heightens the normal stresses of parenting and making ends meet, families need all kinds of support just to keep it together. Your gift helps provide services that value, teach and encourage the skills and attributes that make a family work.
