In 2010, Shepherd initiated a six-part strategic plan, the sixth part being "Develop a Model of Stewardship." In simple terms, we want to cultivate a culture of stewardship throughout Shepherd that is driven by integrity and results in efficient and effective ministry. We want to be good stewards of what has been entrusted to us, and we hope that the documents will show that we are doing that.
